U16AA Provincial Silver Medallists

Congratulations to our U16AA team as they won silver at the Ringette Ontario AA Provincial Championships this past weekend.  The girls had a great tournament with an overall record of 4-2-1.  They finished the round robin play with a 3-1-1 record to earn a spot in the semi-finals.  In the semis, they played the Kitchener Wildcats and had a decisive 6-2 victory which put them in the gold medal game.  In the finals, they were up against a tough West Ottawa Wild team and despite the strong effort, came up short with a 5-3 loss.  The team has now earned a spot in the Canadian Ringette Championships April 7-13, 2024 in Dieppe, New Brunswick.
